Description
Resistant dextrin is processed from starch. It is a low calorie glucan extracted and refined by industrial technology from the indigestible components of baked dextrin. It belongs to low molecular weight water-soluble dietary fiber. As a low calorie soluble food raw material, it has broad development prospects in the food industry.The resistant dextrin is white to light yellow powder, slightly sweet, no other peculiar smell, good water solubility, 10% aqueous solution is transparent or light yellow, pH value is 4.0~6.0. The viscosity of the resistant dextrin aqueous solution is very low, and the viscosity value changes slightly with the change of shear rate and temperature. The resistant dextrin has low heat, heat resistance, acid resistance, and freezing resistance.
